Buffer to hold the alpha identifier. This is used to describe the icon stored in iIconId if iIconId.iQualifier is set to RMobileCall::ENotSelfExplanatory, RMobileCall::EIconQualifierNotSet or RMobileCall::ENoIconId.

The bearer capability repeat indicator.
