Capabilities
The program capabilities are defined in globalvarex.mmp : CAPABILITY NONE . Libwsddll library capabilities are defined in libwsddll.mmp file: CAPABILITY ALL -TCB .Application Launching

Collect all global variables within the structure TWsdData and creat the instance whenever it's required.
