The CTSY Dispatcher shall invoke this function on receiving the EMmTsyONStoreGetInfoIPC request from the CTSY.
It is a request call that is completed by invoking CCtsyDispatcherCallback::CallbackPhonebookOnStoreGetInfoComp()
Implementation of this interface should request to get the information of a given storage. The callback should be completed with the information.
