The CTSY Dispatcher shall invoke this function on receiving the EPacketSetDefaultContextParams request from the CTSY.

It is a request call that is completed by invoking CCtsyDispatcherCallback::CallbackPacketServicesSetDefaultPdpContextParamsComp()

Implementation of this interface should set default configuration for Packet Context using R99/R4 params.

Parameters

const RPacketContext::TContextConfigR99_R4 & aContextConfigR99R4 R99/R4 configuration input parameters.
