Rework addition of Symbian splash screen to reduce the source impact (uses SVG from Bug 2414)
Notes: by using the OPTION SOURCEDIR parameter in the mifconv extension instructions, I can
arrange to use the same source file name in sfimage, without having to export over the original
Nokia file. This means that the name inside splashscreen.mbg is the same, which removes the need
for the conditional compilation in SplashScreen.cpp, and gets rid of sf_splashscreen.mmp.

@SYMTestCaseID TODO
@SYMPREQ DEFECT 053778 - Window Chaining
@SYMTestCaseDesc
Stuff
@SYMTestPriority High
@SYMTestStatus Implemented
@SYMTestActions
1. Create a child ui application (t_winchainlaunch.exe)
2. From t_winchainlaunch.exe, connect a child application (t_winchainchild.exe) with
a specific ordinal
3. Send message to child application from launching application
4. When message is received by child application, check they share the same ordinal
5. Child application reports back to launch application the result of the test
6. Launch application quits with the test result as an exit code
@SYMTestExpectedResults
Window group ordinals should be the same.
t_winchainlaunch.exe should exit with KTWindowChainingTestPassed.
