USSD unit test project - instructions

1. Create a work area (or take a snapshot copy) for phoneclientserver project
2. copy this directory and all its contents to
   phoneclientserver\phoneclient\tsrc\public\basic
3. qmake ut_ussd.pro
4. make
5. start emulator
6. run #ut_ussd
7. view c:/logs/ut_ussd.txt
