Reenable ABIV2 mode (Bug 301), define SYMBIAN_GRAPHICS_BUILD_OPENWF_WSERV, + random guesses
There's reason to believe that some older #defines should be switched off,bu not confidence that this
drop represents a sensible attempt to do that.
