Workaround for bug 2976 - [GCCE] Overlapping naked function bodies break exception-handling. We have no fix that will compile the problem file kernel/eka/common/arm/carray.cia, so instead we just configure the c++ implementation of CArray instead of the assembly coded one.

// Generic header file that is included to every *.mmp file within f32 component
// The SYMBIAN_TRACE_SYSTEM_INCLUDE macro is used to switch between functional and
// stubbed out trace points
// The SYMBIAN_TRACE_SYSTEM_INCLUDE macro flag is intended to be setup in the
// variant .HRH to determine the whether trace points are stubbed out across the
// system by default or not.
// The definition of system wide inclusion or exclusion of tracing
// is done here for now, but once the project is released on MCL the official variability
// procedures will be put in place.
