Synchronisation APIs</title><shortdesc>This document describes APIs other than the nanokernel which device

<p>The Kernel provides APIs to wait in blocked state, unblocked state, and

nanokernel APIs to get the tick period, timer ticks, to sleep on nanothread,

and so on. </p>
