    14 <p>Embedded applications are required by the application architecture. These

    15 applications’ root controls should have a <i>z</i> -order that causes only

    16 the currently-active application to be displayed, and only that application

    17 to be able to receive pointer events.</p>

    18 <p>Additionally, only the currently active application — with its menu bar,

    19 active dialogs, and so on — should be able to process key events.</p>

    20 <p>The requirements of embedded applications are supported by stack-like behavior

    21 at each priority level within the controls maintained by the app UI.</p>
