+Executive. Typically, they are caused by passing bad or contradictory parameters
+to functions. Threads which cause exceptions also raise a KERN-EXEC panic. </p>

+created it or successfully opened it. Typically, such resources are created
+or opened through user side handles, which are instances of classes derived
