RELEASE NOTE: Added new launchers for the sbs_filter program so that there is no longer a need to manually set the HOSTPLATFORM variable RELEASE NOTE: Added a new "FilterWhatComp" filter that mimics an ABLD log with information about the component from which particular releasables came from.
