Release note: Bug 2809 - [Raptor] Intermediate Resource Filenames not unique, rom fails to boot


To build tools for Windows and Linux, on Linux, use

sbs -c tools2.win32 -c tools2

You will also need the mingw32 package, for the cross-compiler.
