cleaned up old classic TRK/DE-isms:
removed TRK Program Output Console, TRK Communications Log Console, Symbian Rom Log Console
removed option to log rom log warnings - these are handled in EDC now if a module is not found
removed TRK timeout launch setting
removed default processor mode setting
