Change the order of tests in sub GetXsltDir, so that it tests relative to the root directory before using the current dir (which will always exist)
Improved debug output when unable to open some of the files.

Remove the ossrv_pub components for glib, as they are all commented out in the ossrv_pub/group/bld.inf file
At least one of the ossrv_pub versions is out of step with the actual code (gmarkup.h), and the correct
versions are being exported from the actual source tree.
