Remove the ossrv_pub components for glib, as they are all commented out in the ossrv_pub/group/bld.inf file At least one of the ossrv_pub versions is out of step with the actual code (gmarkup.h), and the correct versions are being exported from the actual source tree.

Convert jrt package_definition.xml back to one which relies on the HRH to select stubs (or not).
