Moved conntools into "app" layer to match the repository location. (This is subject to a further change shortly when the repository will change to reflect it moving from the app to mw.)

Removed top-bit-set characters from the middle of "Implementation". Moved a few of the attributes in the tags, so that they follow a consistent order.

Reverted to revision of system model where items are in the "correct" (non-alphabetical) order, according to the way in which it will draw the pictoral model and the sequence in which it would need to build things (when building sequentially rather than with Raptor).
