1 No grant is made under Sun's applicable intellectual property rights, 

     2 nor may licensees make any claims regarding compliance with Sun Specifications, 

     3 unless such licensee 

     4 (i) fully implements the Sun Specification(s) including all its required interfaces and functionality; 

     5 (ii) does not modify, subset, superset or otherwise extend the Licensor Name Space, or include any public or protected packages,

     6 classes, Java interfaces, fields or methods within the Licensor Name Space other than those required/authorized by the Specification

     7 or Specifications being implemented; and 

     8 (iii) the licensee's implementations pass the Sun TCK(s)

     9 (including satisfying the requirements of the applicable TCK User Guide) for such Specification(s))."
