+1. Move BTManDBMSSecPolicy.txt from \manager\btmanserver\ to \epoc32\winscw\c\
+2. Run the following command;

+\epoc32\release\winscw\udeb\dbspconv /f=c:\BTManDBMSSecPolicy.txt /b=100069cc /p
+
+This generates 100069cc.SPD into the \epoc32\winscw\c\ directory.
