    18 R&D Tools shall mean the software tools included in the Series 60 Platform delivery 

    19 which are designed to enable the Licensee to use and develop the Series 60 Platform 

    20 and to incorporate Series 60 Platform in Licensee Products. 

    21 Licensee shall not, and shall procure that none of its Affiliates incorporate any of

    22 the R&D Tools in the Licensee Products. R&D Tools are provided on an “as is” basis

    23 without a warranty of any kind and Nokia shall not provide any support for such R&D Tools.
