R&D Tools shall mean the software tools included in the Series 60 Platform delivery 
which are designed to enable the Licensee to use and develop the Series 60 Platform 
and to incorporate Series 60 Platform in Licensee Products. 
Licensee shall not, and shall procure that none of its Affiliates incorporate any of
the R&D Tools in the Licensee Products. R&D Tools are provided on an “as is” basis
without a warranty of any kind and Nokia shall not provide any support for such R&D Tools.
