     7 This plugin is binded to IP protocol. It is started

     8 when IP protocol is started an destroyed when IP protocol

     9 is destroyed. It will attach itself for all incoming

    10 and outgoing  packets (outbound flow hook).

    12 A file c:\exadump.dat is created. This will contain

    13 a dump of packets in TCPDUMP format (suitable for

    14 viewing in ethereal).
