    17 <p>The emulator works with version <b>4.0</b> of <i>WinPcap</i>. <codeph>4.0-WinPcap.exe</codeph> is

    18 freeware and can be downloaded from <xref href="http://www.winpcap.org/archive/" scope="external">http://www.winpcap.org/</xref>. </p>
