<section><title>Introduction</title> <p>The <xref href="GUID-AA81AFA4-6FAC-3B0D-A082-BE0AEC58CCA8.dita"><apiname>RMobilePhone</apiname></xref> fucntions
allows clients to: </p> <ul>

lock capabilities of the phone </p> </li>

events </p> </li>

codes </p> </li>

<section><title>Capabilities</title> <p>The supported locks can be different
in different modes: </p> <ul>
<li id="GUID-0198685A-F977-558E-83D2-406C5130B265"><p>in GSM, there are two
locks associated with the SIM application, that is PIN1 and PIN2. The PIN1
can be enabled or disabled </p> </li>
<li id="GUID-C431CC3F-4407-561A-908A-46B7D5D4A145"><p>in CDMA, a R-UIM (ICC
card) has a PIN1 lock, but not all CDMA phones have a R-UIM. A Number Assignment
Module lock is specific to CDMA networks. </p> </li>
<li id="GUID-BDB8F057-628D-5F13-96C0-21492A63EDE1"><p>in a multimode phone,
the phone determines its ICC access policy. For example whether a GSM SIM
can be accessed while the phone is in a CDMA mode. </p> </li>
</ul><p>To dynamically get the lock and security capabilities from the TSY
