This means it has been designed in such a way as to make it easy to identify the various parts of the layered kernel stack that require porting for delivery to specific hardware. </p> <p>Kernel and Hardware Services provides: </p> <ul><li id="GUID-9C99790B-74A6-5D67-A060-B019B1700237"><p>A multi-tasking, real-time operating system kernel.
