Improved diagnostic output: when the build fails because a package cannot be cloned into the build drive, it says which package and the repo source and destination. Improved caching logic, so that it doesn't depend on network availability as much. Improved indentation.

Made the generation of the syncing scripts more regular, and ensured that it all works and makes sense even when sf.spec.sourcesync.enable is false.

Updated PDK baseline for S^3 platform builds to newly released PDK_3.0.1

Further tweak to zipping the files related to the features database - ensure there's no duplication between sdk header files and tools files.

Removed definitions of sf-s60-compile, as there are no longer any users of the target.

Removed code which redundantly checks values of sf.spec.splitbuild, sf.spec.os.skipbuild, and sf.spec.s60.skipbuild. Removed setting of sf.spec.sysdef.version, as nothing ever reads its value. Removed sf-check-missing-s60-files, as there's nothing to call it any more.

Update build directory scrubber to try to deal with failure to delete one of the files if invoked immediately after building.

Attrib erroronmissingdir is supported for Ant 1.8 only, so workaround by creating dir in advance.

Dont fail if output/zips/ dir is not present (as a side effect of turning off packaging).
