The CTSY Dispatcher shall invoke this function on receiving the EMmTsyONStoreReadSizeIPC request from the CTSY.

It is a request call that is completed by invoking CCtsyDispatcherCallback::CallbackPhonebookOnStoreGetReadStoreSizeComp()

Implementation of this interface should handle retrieving the size of the storage for read all operation.
