Two-phased constructor. If the URI is SIP URI, no SIP URI headers are allowed.
Pre-condition
aRemoteURi != 0

Parameters

CUri8 * aRemoteUriRemote target URI that identifies a resource that the request is addressed to. The ownership is transferred.

NewLC(CUri8 *)

Two-phased constructor. If the URI is SIP URI, no SIP URI headers are allowed.
