TInt HandleGetCurrentSystemNetworkModesReqL()[pure virtual]

The CTSY Dispatcher shall invoke this function on receiving the ECustomGetCurrentSystemNetworkModesIPC request from the CTSY.

It is a request call that is completed by invoking CCtsyDispatcherCallback::CallbackPhoneGetCurrentSystemNetworkModesComp().

Implementation of this interface should return the current system network mode.
