Set call image. The bitmaps are set by Phone application, when it has created bitmaps from the call image.

Parameters

TBool aImageOwnership = EFalseETrue, if ownership is transferred.
CFbsBitmap * aMask = NULLMask bitmap when exists.
TBool aMaskOwnership = EFalseETrue, if ownership is transferred.

SetImagePlacingArea(TRect &)

Set image placing area. This is set by Phone application.
