Privacy Request Concepts

This section contains documents the describe privacy request concepts and the components that licensees create to handle them.

• Privacy Requests Overview
  This document provides background information on privacy requests which are sent to LBS to obtain permission to send the device location to another party.
• Privacy Controller
  A Privacy Controller is an application that a licensee can create in order to process privacy requests.
• Privacy Notifiers
  Privacy Notifiers notify a user of privacy requests received from the network. A licensee must implement either Privacy Notifiers as described in this document, or a Privacy Controller to handle privacy requests.
