MNssVASDatabaseObserver is the interface class for VAS DB event notification. An observer must derive from
MNssVASDatabaseObserver and implement its HandleVASDBEvent(CNssVASDBEvent aEvent) method to handle the event. The clint is responsible for deleting the event object. NssVASApi.lib
