TInt HandleSmsStoreDeleteAllReqL()[pure virtual]

The CTSY Dispatcher shall invoke this function on receiving the EMobilePhoneStoreDeleteAll request from the CTSY.

Implementation of this interface should handle deletion of all entries in the SMS storage.

It is a request call that is completed by invoking CCtsyDispatcherCallback::CallbackPhonebookSmsStoreDeleteAllComp()
