TInt HandleSetDefaultPdpContextGprsParamsReqL(const RPacketContext::TContextConfigGPRS &aContextConfigGprs)[pure virtual]

The CTSY Dispatcher shall invoke this function on receiving the EPacketSetDefaultContextParams request from the CTSY.

It is a request call that is completed by invoking CCtsyDispatcherCallback::CallbackPacketServicesSetDefaultPdpContextParamsComp()

Implementation of this interface should set default configuration for Packet Context using GPRS params.
