This is the initialization of the TMobileBroadcastAttributesV2 structured type Default constructor. All internal data is set to 0 and the extension ID to KETelExtMultimodeV2.

This parameter is used to store the message id for this broadcast message.
This parameter is used to store the serial number for this broadcast message.

This parameter is used to store the message type for this broadcast message.

The number of pages that the current broadcast message consists of. The maximum number of pages for WCDMA Broadcast messages is 15.
