NewL. Two-phased constructor. Creates a CCSAsyncAppView object, which will draw itself to aRect.

Parameters:

	aRect	The rectangle this view will be drawn to.
	aDocument	The document to read time data from.

Returns:

A pointer to the created instance of CCSAsyncAppView.
