Ensure OpenGL ES 2.0 C functions use C signatures in C++ builds (fixes VS builds)

Host OpenGL ES 2.0 code now building without warning or error using GCC.

Move increment of EGL state reference count to where new threads are discovered for simulator version, to balance releaseState in eglReleaseThread.

Provide alternative constructor for Nokia internal use (PlatSim compatibility).

Add host build extension component to package. Avoid using SSE2 with GCC builds for the moment - possibly broken on 3.4.5

Modified CMake scripts to link against correct version of LLVM VISUAL_STUDIO_VERSION must be defined to either 2005 or 2008 when CMake is run. See build.bat for example usage.

Added build script allowing use of different toolchains holdingarea/build.bat provides command-line switches allowing: * Selection between Visual Studio versions (2005 / 2008) * Selection of debug / release builds * Selection of CMake generator (Visual Studio solution / NMake makefiles) * Enabling of miniEGL in the build * Enabling of PlatSim extensions in the build Calling the script with no parameters will start a build using Visual Studio 2005 and nmake.

Added additional builds of LLVM holdingarea/llvm/llvm-2.7 now contains the following builds of LLVM 2.7: * VS2005 debug * VS2005 release * VS2008 debug * VS2008 release Note that only the LLVM libraries are segregated according to compiler and build target. Single copies of the include and bin directories are provided. The LLVM executables are from a VS2005 release build.

Add dynamic framebuffer support, and associated vghw utils needed. This code does not compile, and needs companion updates in graphics (3899db667a38) and qemu (c7e943dbf70f). Some code looks like syborg-specific so tagged with FAISALMEMON. Need to check with Jani on this. A later submission will declare when the code compiles again.

Bug 235 Add cross platform host thread adapter library. Builds for TOOLS2 platform (GCC).

The guestvideohw.ldd now compiles ok. The graphics changeset e40433e31c87 is needed, or later. Only a stub has been put in for the dynamic framebuffer base address. This needs to be properly ported from Jani's earlier work on platsim.

More progress towards getting the guestvideodriver and dependencies compiling for S3. This check-in does not compile, so don't sync to this changelist. A later changelist will declare when compilation works again.

Bootstrap the guestvideodriver and sghwserialiser. Some stuff is still commented out. Compiles with graphics package at changeset 8d47cca9cc11
