<p>These panics represent program errors which are detected by the Kernel

Executive. Typically, they are caused by passing bad or contradictory parameters

to functions. Threads which cause exceptions also raise a KERN-EXEC panic. </p>

<p>The thread causing the panic is terminated. </p>

object index for the current process or current thread using the specified

object index number (the raw handle number). </p> <p>The most common reason

for this is trying to use a kernel-side resource without first having successfully

created it or successfully opened it. Typically, such resources are created

or opened through user side handles, which are instances of classes derived

from <xref href="GUID-727D2B62-09A9-3CBC-AB6F-591E52EC68EB.dita"><apiname>RHandleBase</apiname></xref>, for example, <xref href="GUID-25327159-83D6-3507-B187-09EA4BB3727F.dita"><apiname>RLibrary</apiname></xref>, <xref href="GUID-B0E661BC-4058-3256-B9C3-5A4FD52F6DE5.dita"><apiname>RThread</apiname></xref>, <xref href="GUID-9DD1EA2B-DC59-315C-8E9C-CE6D9461B695.dita"><apiname>RProcess</apiname></xref>, <xref href="GUID-AED27A76-3645-3A04-B80D-10473D9C5A27.dita"><apiname>RSemaphore</apiname></xref>. full name is deemed to be invalid if it contains a character that is not one

of the printable characters lying between 0x20 and 0x7e inclusive, or it contains

panic is also raised when trying to subscribe to a property through a call

to <xref href="GUID-C4776034-D190-3FC4-AF45-C7F195093AC3.dita#GUID-C4776034-D190-3FC4-AF45-C7F195093AC3/GUID-21A2FEB7-AAF1-3AC0-84B9-AB30E6CFFF99"><apiname>RProperty::Subscribe()</apiname></xref> and there is already an outstanding

functions after a previous call to any of these functions, but before the
