<p>By constructing an <codeph>RStoreWriteStream</codeph> and specifying the
store map as an externalizer, the stream ID associated with a Swizzle can
be externalised by applying the templated stream <codeph>operator&lt;&lt;</codeph> to
the Swizzle.</p>
