power has been turned on/off). </p></li>

of FLASH memory: </p><ul>

<li><p>There are a finite number of erase-write cycles (usually 100,000).</p></li>

<li><p>NAND Flash cannot be executed in place. Instead the contents have to

be loaded into RAM and then executed. </p></li>
